TLHP shop offers very specific electro-acoustic products. Thus, the stock management is also specific. We can't stock all the products which are displayed on the site. Our stock is based on the most demanded products. The other products are available from our supplier's warehouse and only on order.

In stock

The product is currently in stock. The stock level is displayed next to the logo, for example "2 units" means there are 2 units in stock in our company for this product.
It is possible that a product is in stock and is being supplied (a complementary quantity will soon be in stock). In this case you can ask us to know more.

Available

The product is currently out of stock at our place but we can supply on order. You can also click on the text to ask us for further information. You are then directed to a request form. You just have to give your email address in the form and to click on the button. We will therefore automatically receive your request thus we will give you further information if possible.

On order

The product is currently out of stock at our place but we can supply on order. The lead time to get this product could be long. You can also click on the text to ask us for further information. You are then directed to a request form. You just have to give your email address in the form and to click on the button. We will therefore automatically receive your request thus we will give you further information if possible.
All the products shown "On order" can't be canceled after the order is confirmed, see General Condition of Sales for more details.

Special availability

The product is currently out of stock at our place but we can supply on special order. It means that this product can be provided only on specific condition (minimum order quantity for example). The product is unavailable, we can't provide it.



Supplying times


When the product is displayed "not in stock", the supplying times may also be indicated.

Only one supplying time (out of the 2 possibilities) may be displayed.

Average time

It is the number of business days* you must reckon to have the product supplied at our place after your order is placed and paid. This time is an average, it means it is the time we most frequently need to get this product at our place.


Maximum time

It is the maximum estimated number of business days* for the product to be received at our place, from the moment you place and pay your order. It is the longest time we have met with the supplier. This lead time is determined by the last supply experience. This lead time to supply can be more in case of production problem (quality, lack of components...) or transport problem (custom blocking, damages during transport which requires a new supply...).

We try to show the most precise lead time to supply but we want to be aware that we can't show shorter leadtime to be said better...
Les délais sont donnés à titre indicatifs et ils sont non garanti, ils varient très souvent suivant les stocks chez le fournisseur (stock de pièces détachées, stock de produits fini...) et son planning de production, la période de l'année (vacances, grèves...) et les contraintes de transport. The lead times to supply are given as an indication and are not guaranteed, they very often according to the stocks at the supplier's place (stock of spare parts, stock of finished products ...) and its production schedule, the period of the year holidays, strikes, and transport constraints.
