1. is there a way to get assurance that the product will arrive undamaged, and what would the procedure be if the product was damaged?
2. you have two versions of the 170 (aerogel) but specs only in 1 Response: There is no assurance, transport is not 100%, problems happens, pleas always check your products before signin the delivery, if a product is damaged you write precise reserves with photos and your refuse the delivery. But you can be sure that we pack speakers with a lot of attention, with carton box and protective components, it limits a lot problems with product during transport.
There is no datasheet for some Audax products, simply we don't have.
