Offer 90 days to change your mind
Offer "90 days to change your mind" is an extension of the legal withdrawal period of 14 days, valid only for products in stock at the time of purchase. If the product is eligible for the offer, the logo "90 days to change your mind" appears on the prod"cms/widget/link/link_inline.phtml"uct page.
For private customers, beyond the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, the withdrawal is accepted only against a valid credit on the site.
For business customers, the withdrawal is accepted up to 90 days, only against a creditvalid on the site.
The return procedure is done online, from the customer account, following the answer to the question N°3 of the "FAQ / Contact" page.
The credit is established after receipt and control of the product.
Warning the product must not have been used, it must be returned without mounting traces (screws, welding ...), in its original packaging in good condition with all the accessories possibly delivered with, and the cost of return are the responsibility of the buyer. Offer "90 days to change your mind" is not applicable to custom products, kits, cut products (fabric, cable ...) and clearance products and end of series.
