  • Wib70_vHP is a high performances wide band driver, engineered to reproduce 150Hz to 20 000Hz in compact product. The typical use case is 2x Wib70_vHP, connected in parallel, in sealed enclosure of 0.8L to reach 150Hz at -6dB.

    The frequency response has been shaped to compensate tight front baffle with related sound radiation below ~1kHz.
    Its motor structure uses 2x NdFeB magnets with long cooper ring to manage inductance effects.
    The Aluminum dust cap is directly glued on the voice coil former to improve energy transfer in high frequency.
    The voice coil former is made of polyimide material and Cooper clad Aluminium wire for lower moving mass (2.5g).
    The surround is made of low lost NBR surround, it allies linear stiffness over +/-3mm excursion and perfect mechanical matching with cone for smoother response in the midband.
