Speaker from Monacor seem to be not worthwile since they are
rather cheap and come from Taiwan. They are not. This driver for vented boxes and horns was tested by the German publication Klang + Ton with excellent performance. E.g., very low mechanical resistance, distortions and suspension compliance and strong motor. And with the double voice coil (8+8), box designer can use them in three ways. I will take them for bass-horns due to the low resonant frequency and Qes (ca. 0.2) in a 16 Ohm application.
