Haven't had a chance to physically mount it yet but listening to a brother of his (with flange) that is mounted within a Monacor waveguide. They are the same drivers I believe. I think it's the best sounding conventional 1" dome mounted behind a waveguide without going exotic. No need to though, because it sounds great as is and any extra money spent is just because you can. You will want to put a lowpass filter of about 9k-10k on it because of the waveguide effect of it dropping off there-abouts like-it-or-not. I'm okay with that because I like supertweeters anyway. Kartesian makes a small inexpensive horn tweeter perfect for that. Maybe you get lucky and use a waveguide that doesn't roll off on the top. Audax tweeters are okay on the top..

This is a big disappointment. Membrane is not from titanium but plastic. And it sounds like that. Even my current textile tweeters from SB audio sound better than this. Thumbs down.
I should return it and get refund.

Great little tweeter. I ordered pretty much every sub 40mm tweeter from TLHP and this one takes the cake.

If I could design a v2:
-- Add a grill for protection
-- improve the motor/dome to clean up the decay around 2-3khz.
-- maybe a Mg dome version if that helps improve the decay
-- FS of 900-1000hz
