Le PHL 4061 est un haut-parleur de 30 cm type grave/médium doté d'une forte sensibilité. Grâce à sa fréquence de résonance assez basse on peut l'utiliser dans une enceinte 2 voies en complétant au dessus avec un haut-parleur d'aigu. Dans le cas d'un besoin en grave plus important, il est possible de compléter en dessous avec un haut-parler 38 cm ou 46 cm suivant l'application. Le haut-parleur PHL 4061 est utilisable dans une charge bass-reflex de 40 Litre accordée à 63 Hz.
