Delivery by TLHP

All shipping done by our company is sent with Incoterm DAP* (except contrary indication trough a custom made quotation) and delivery against signature, except special case or contrary indication ou offre sur mesure the transfer of responsibility is upon signing the delivery borderau.

*DAP = Delivered At Place

The order shipped by TLHP are subject of one or more tracking number the follow the delivery online (when the carrier offers this service). Some delivery mode has no tracking online (big freight, Delivery by courier... etc).
The tracking number is communicated as soon as the order is shipped. You must wait some hours to get the tracking online works.

All the time announced in the table below are shown in business days, it means out of holidays and week-ends

The delivery of your order is a complemntary service of your order, we don't get profit on transport cost. The transport cost are invoiced following carrier pricelist, including packing cost and order management. This working method allows us to ship everywhere with a loyal shipping cost and a good delivery service (adapted to your order).

In order to offer a good delivery service we have choosen some carriers as follow, with prices re-negociated regulary to keep competitve transport cost.

**** Some areas are special (Mountains, Spain islands, French islands, Portugal islands, UK islands, Germany islands...) and can requeries extra charges which can't be calculated in advanced directly on the website, in this case the customer is contacted after the order placed and we propose to change de delivery address or pay the extra charge.

Simulate your order !

To simulate your order with delivery service, you just have to log in your customer account and add the products you want in your cart online, and in the block "Simulation Shipping / TVA" in the cart (left bottom), select your country and add your postcode destination and click on the button "Get a Quote". Select your delivery service and finally click on the button "Update cart". This way to simulate does not require login, it is quick and free.

All the shipments done by our services are with insurance, it protect syou against products damages during the delivery. You have to describe the problem on the bill and take pictures of the problem, after that you have 48h to inform us.

Becareful : With the insurance you are not free to accept the delivery without checkings, you have to check your delivery (products, packaging...) before signature. In case of anomaly you must write clear and accurate reservations on the delivery slip before signing.

Delivery to a freight forwarder without VAT

For orders with delivery to a freight forwarder, for example a customer from French territories with a delivery to the port "Le Havre" by us, send your custom made Quotation online confirming your complete delivery address (the port in France or EU) and your complete billing address (from your DOM TOM country ). In this case we ship the order to your forwarder. Once the goods are delivered to the forwarding the responsibilities are transferred to the forwarder.

Get your order to the TLHP pick up point

This option is activated on request, except for the customers registered with country "France" and post code starting with 14, 22, 29, 35, 44, 50, 53, 56, 72 or 85.

You can select the TLHP pickup point, in this case you pay no delivery service, no extra charge. When the order is ready to pick up you will receive an email. The pick up point is in "Vern sur Seiche" during opening hours, consult the Contact page to know more.

Shipping by your own carrier (Incoterm EXW)

Option activated on request only, for professional customers

You can manage your delivery with your own carrier. In this case we prepare the order, we pack it and we let you know the total weight with the dimensions, then you ask your carrier to come at our place and pick up your order. For this service we invoie only the packaging. When the order is ready to pick up you receive an email.

Product return

The process of return is managed online with a "RMA" document, for service after sales, an exchange or a replacement.
