Delivery by TLHP

All TLHP shipments are in Incoterm DAP (or DDP if indicated in the delivery method) and delivered against signature (except "Eco" delivery solutions).

The order shipped by TLHP are subject of one or more tracking number the follow the delivery online (when the carrier offers this service). Some delivery mode has no tracking online (big freight, Delivery by courier... etc).
The tracking number is communicated as soon as the order is shipped. You must wait some hours to get the tracking online works.

The delivery of your order is a complemntary service of your order, we don't get profit on transport cost. The transport cost are invoiced following carrier pricelist, including packing cost and order management. This working method allows us to ship everywhere with a loyal shipping cost and a good delivery service (adapted to your order).

In order to offer a good delivery service we have choosen some carriers as follow, with prices re-negociated regulary to keep competitve transport cost.

Delivery to a relay point is only offered in Metropolitan France and some countries in the EU.
All other delivery methods are at home. Orders are shipped by parcel, pallet or envelope. In the case of a pallet or mail delivery, the choice of delivery method specifies "pallet" or "mail".

Simulate your order !

To simulate your order with delivery service, you just have to log in your customer account and add the products you want in your cart online, and in the block "Simulation Shipping / TVA" in the cart (left bottom), select your country and add your postcode destination and click on the button "Get a Quote". Select your delivery service and finally click on the button "Update cart". This way to simulate does not require login, it is quick and free.

All the shipments done by our services are with insurance, it protect syou against products damages during the delivery. You have to describe the problem on the bill and take pictures of the problem, after that you have 48h to inform us.

Becareful : With the insurance you are not free to accept the delivery without checkings, you have to check your delivery (products, packaging...) before signature. In case of anomaly you must write clear and accurate reservations on the delivery slip before signing.

Shipping by your own carrier (Incoterm EXW)

Option activated on request only, for professional customers

You can manage your delivery with your own carrier. In this case we prepare the order, we pack it and we let you know the total weight with the dimensions, then you ask your carrier to come at our place and pick up your order. For this service we invoie only the packaging. When the order is ready to pick up you receive an email.

Product return

The process of return is managed online with a "RMA" document, for service after sales, an exchange or a replacement.
