Perfct in combination with woofer and tweeter

These are my best large dome (2") drivers. They easily trump the Morel$. And they are no slouches. The Morels don't perform as well under stress like the Visatons. The Visatons don't even flinch. There are larger domes out there, but I think 2" is the biggest you should go with as a direct-radiator, maybe even 1.75". Some hard to understand physics is how I come up with that conclusion. Mostly all the multiple tests and how they seem to show how most domed drivers, regardless of size don't start performing well until about 1500-2000hz. Roughly 2" territory, give-or-take.

These drivers are easy to work with and have a distinctive flavor. I think you should be able to hear the 'titanium', depending on your other drivers of course
