Incredible midwoofer for the price. The quality is very good, there are no imperfections. Magets are very big so be sure to chech if you have enough space! The bottom plate is vented, the voice coil has plenty of cooling, the spider is glued halfway through the basket so the voice coil is visible. Be careful with dust (especially metal) because it can easily get into the coil gap and possibly ruin the speaker!
The linear excursion is huge and xmech can't be reached at nominal power, so there's no risk of breaking it when used without a high pass. Leave more than 5mm from the suspension as it moves out quite a lot. It works surprisingly well in very small volumes of air in a bass reflex configuration.
