Bipolar electrolytic capacitors such as the ECap series have a second aluminum foil providing AC voltage resistance and thus making them suitable for music signals. The "raw" series has sheets whose surfaces have been roughened and therefore enlarged by means of a special engraving process.
The "AC Audio Coupling & Signal Cap RAW" series bipolar electrolytic capacitors have foils with surfaces which are roughened by a special etching process thus enlarging the surface. Since the capacitance of the capacitors is proportional to their area, this process provides the least bulky and inexpensive Mundorf audio capacitors relative to their capacitance. Additional special features:

- Electric force AC23 DC63
- Temperature range -40 ° C / -40 ° F to 85 ° C / + 185 ° F
